We’re looking for a part-time Staff Worker

As we head into a new term at Llandudno Youth for Christ, we’re still looking for someone to join our team as a part-time Staff Worker.

This is a small, flexible role of 8–12 hours a week, combining hands-on youth work with some administration and communications. It could suit someone looking for a few hours alongside other work or study, or someone wanting to gain more experience in Christian youth work.

The role is paid at the Real Living Wage, includes a pension contribution, and is designed to be developmental, with mentoring and training provided as part of the role.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a heart for young people who wants to play a part in our mission to see young people’s lives changed by Jesus.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. The exact number of hours is negotiable, and we can be flexible about the start date for the right person.
